In Cairo Kitchen, Suzanne shares recipes inspired by those she grew up with. Her family loved to cook and every Friday her aunt Alba would have the extended family round to eat a huge Egyptian style supper where they would gossip laugh and feast on traditional home-style cooking.
There are traditional recipes such as stuffed vine leaves, beef kofta stew and old age breads. Then there are the modern takes of old recipes.
